Bill Levine has been a budget analyst with the Department of Natural Resources since 2002 and was named Budget Director for the Department in 2004. Bill came to the Department after working for six years as a budget & policy analyst with the General Assembly’s Joint Budget Committee. Bill analyzed the Department of Natural Resources’ budget for all six of his years on the Joint Budget Committee Staff. In 1995, he Graduated from the University of Michigan with a Masters Degree in Public Policy and a Masters Degree in Resources Policy and Behavior. Bill also worked as a legislative analyst for a U.S. Representative in Washington, D.C., in the early 1990’s.
